Timbertek Limited is an award winning family construction business with over 40 years experience building bespoke new homes, renovating period properties and extending properties. In 2016 the NHBC awarded director Simeon Rives-Roberts with the prestigious Pride in The Job : Excellence in On Site Management. Timbertek offer an in house planning and building regulation application service. We will supply all architectural drawings which means that our clients do not need to seek these services else where. Timbertek also design and manufacture timber frames for new build and extensions. We can work with an appointed main contractor or offer this service as part of our complete build package. Timbertek will take away the stresses of project managing and liaising with various trades and professions as we manage the complete package in house. All our new builds are under a NHBC 10 year warranty.
