Mells Roofing have been Flat Roofing Specialists for 130 years, for most part based in Southend but now based in Chelmsford, we carry out work all over Essex, Suffolk and parts of London. Our services range from Industrial, commercial, Educational, Local Authority to Residential properties requiring repairs or a whole new roof. We provide systems in Reinforced Bitumen roofing, Liquid Roofing, Single Ply, Metal Roof Tiles and Green Roofs, all of which can provide Guarantees for up to 25 years. As we are a contractor we are able to offer an unbiased choice of materials, which is most suitable for the specification but also have good relationships with manufacturers therefore being able to provide competitive prices. Mells Roofing are CHAS Accredited (Contractors Health and Safety Assesment), approved by Construction Line and members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. At Mells Roofing we pride ourselves in offering a reliable and professional service, ensuring all our employees are fully trained and knowledgeable in all materials and aspects of laying them. We also run CRB Checks on all of our employees who visit sites and houses and are part of the Buy with Confidence Scheme, approved by Trading Standards.
